Thanks! My brother Manny is doing all the Fab work. They're all tacked up, just have to trim the excess and weld the collectors on. Probably finish them tomorrow and start on the crossover/merge pipe.

ok so i go to work today for the first time in almost 7 months, i was happy to be back to work but upset that i wouldnt be able to help work on my car. so after a long day i swing by my bros house to check the progress. needles to say i was absolutely thrilled with how this is turning out! he got the headers completed, fabbed a new turbo mount, and almost completed the merge/y pipe. he says tomorrow he'll tie in the wastegate and start on the downpipe. also ordered a radiator from summit 16x31x3 came out to 191 dollars.

ok got the downpipe fully welded minus the wastegate, also tied in the rest of the exhaust under the car. its 4in into the 3in y with the cutout then goes to the existing 3 in borla cat back setup i had. also did some work on the clutch z bar. it had to be sectioned quite a bit to make it work, but it turned out great and the pedal feels like a stock clutch.

ok this thing is almost ready for startup! anyway got the wastegate welded in and recirculated into the downpipe, radiator came in and fits great! also ordered some new slim fans from ebay, they should be here wed. the waterpump heater hose outlets were pointing right at the header collector so we removed them and tapped the waterpump for some npt fittings. just need the oil feed and return for the turbo and also need to route the vacuum lines to the wastegate, fpr, and boost gauge and thats about it really. also teaser pics of the intercooler pipes

Sorry no pics today guys but... it runs! I heard it run for a few seconds today and oil pressure was 50psi at idle. Couldn't let it run to long because the cooling system isn't complete yet. Fans should be in tomorrow and then well be able to let it run. Pics and Vids coming soon!
