I have the same intercooler. 31x12x4 with 3" in/out.

Do you think its a restriction?

Above 900-1000rwhp you will have issues with pressure drop. That core is already at its limit at 1000 crank. You can squeeze more through it, but efficiency will drop drastically.

not sure. My friend that tuned the car figured it all out or I think acceleronics has the info
