I am not concerned with hood clearance since its going in a truck, and am not against getting a cowl hood if need be. Firewall clearance could be an issue depending on how far it sits back. If the manifold will fit the heads the only thing I really see as a potential issue is the drive system.

the thing you have working for you is the camaro has the same offset as the truck pullies so a camaro kit will be pretty easy to make work on a ls3 headed truck.
btw please do this man , if i were doing a blower it would be one of those . the one thing i would look into though is a bad *** crank with adding all that load from a big blower like that . they are very hard on them and your going to need one hell of a belt drive . like this
