progress is looking real good, that billet hair dryer is a piece of freakin artwork. Should look nice up against all those purdy welds. Cant wait to see her all done as from the craftsmanship I can see its going to be very legit.
ps thanks but not really in the market for a fast intake, that is, unless there is deal that is impassably available...

Thanks! I received more fabrication parts yesterday and my twin tial mvs gates. Hopefully I can get some good progress on the hotside tonight even with the 100 degree weather.

Ok... update. Took a day off yesterday and built up the hotside plumbing. Everything is done except for the wastegates. I ordered a mandrel bend for the gate outlets to pull them around front of the turbo. Ordered the bov and the feed and return parts for the turbo. Once I have the turbo oil plumbed in I'll be pretty close to firing this thing up. Hope you all like.

OK... went to install the new damper last night, and the tool i had wouldn't fit in the snout of the crank, so that didn't get done. I finished welding up the intercooler support, and installed the lower intercooler brackets that I designed up. I put the new seals on the intake and re-installed that as well as the fuel rails. Put the tensioner back on and evaluated the alternator situation. I think I will be forced to run the low mount unit from AEI. I'm in no mood to fab anything right now, so a quick and easy bolt on solution would be great.

Little more done last night... plumbed the brakes back up everything is set just gotta bleed them. FYI cause this info is sometimes difficult to find... I used a 12x1 and a bubble flare for the rear at the master, and a 11x1.5 with a bubble flare for the fronts. I used a .25" line instead of the 6mm and just drilled the fitting out a bit. I also used m10x1.5 bubble to inverted flare fittings. All the other flares were inverted. If you have questions let me know. I also machined a custom adapter for the hub installer on my ati cause the regular tool doesnt fit in my crank counterbore.

Ok... picture is a little bad, but I got the wastegates settled last night. I used twin mv-s gates for packaging, and honestly if I could do it again I'd do a single 60. The lower radiator hose is going to be a bear also, but I guess you always get the shoulda/coulda/woulda's. Lots of parts coming in between now and Friday, so maybe this thing will get fired up in the next couple weeks.... that's the goal atleast!

what size charger is that. im thinking that high mount style is cool wonder if it could be made to work with ac. using a bmr turbo k member. looks like its right where the alt goes
