Sorry for the late reply. The hood is no longer made. It is the predecessor to the "Daytona" hood that I hate.
I am in the process of putting a Harwood cowl on it, so this one will be sold.

Rumor has it the previous owner is furious that NufNuff is 'taking all of the credit' for the build of this car.
I'm one of many witnesses that can testify there isn't much at all that hasn't been rebuilt or totally replaced on this car since Chris got it. For the amount of money and time Chris (and everyone who helped him) have in this car since he purchased it, the previous owner is absolutely silly. Even better, it has been mentioned he would like to personally punch Chris in the face for taking all of the credit.
cliffs: previous owner wants most of the credit for this build, when really nothing much more than the shell of the car and the cage inside are about the only core things that remain the same. In fact, the previous owner trying to take credit for where this car is now.......is the same if I sold my 1993 stock LT1 Camaro with 275,000 miles, and its now a consistent 8 second 275X car. There is no difference in that example and Chris' car right now.
So previous owner, aka douchebag, that fist you want to hit Chris with? Go fist yourself with it.

Yeah, the only thing that is the same as before is the shell, cage, intercooler, and head unit. The piping has been changed, The Motor, I built, (because the other one had a cracked piston and blown head gasket when we got it) The trans was changed to a T-56, The rear is a 9 inch (since the 'beefed up' 10 bolt had welds cracking on the reinforcement pieces that were added) The gauges have been changed, Fuel System, and engine management system. Chris has come a long ways with this car and deserves all of the credit. Congrats Chris!

Man congratulations. My first car was a 85 Blue Iroc in 1988 and back in the 98 i ran 12.42 @ 116 miles in a 91z28 with a tremec TKO trans,4.11 in a 9" rear end with factory 350 TPI shortblock with a set of Trick flow Twisted Wedge heads and 224/230 510 510 cam with out a tune just sloppy took out the knock sensor plug and put the ignition @28 degr. One of the most fun car i have had.
Your car is my favorite 3er gen. so far. I put a similar color on my 99 Camaro.

Thank you so much for the compliments. It has come a long way, but I think I can get more out of her this year and HOPEFULLY squeeze a 9 second pass out of it!
We are thinking my over 6000 rpm "earthquake" is related to the valvesprings. Going to be pulling them and replacing them with something able to handle the cam and 20+ PSI the car is pushing soon.
I am also getting some help over to mount the T/A on the body and make a new DSL.
While the car is down i am getting my MS box looked at for a couple of small issues as well as upgrading it to work my T56 solenoid so that when I am stopped and wanting to go into reverse, I won't have to man handle it over there. I am half tempted to get it built by our local builder as well, since the car will be down a couple weeks.
Lastly, I'm finally getting around to installing a in-car fuel pressure gauge..... It will be rollbar mounted right under my WB
