Looks like a well thought out system. I'm concerned about turbo oil drain given that they are mounted so low. Also, you definitely want to change those hose clamps out for T-bolt clamps on the cold side- trust me.

Could you be a little more specific? The only place the doesn't have T-bolt clamps
are the oil drains and the air intakes.

All the pressure connections have T-bolt clamps.

I'm open for any suggestions, realy.

You would have to see it in person but the oil returns have plenty of fall.

I thought the couplers that attach to the K member were on the pressure side. However with drivetrain movement under load, those connections are likely to get pulled loose so T-bolts would be a good idea. I had a TT system on my DD back in the day with the turbos mounted at that height and had drain issues. What size are the drain ports/hoses?

The drains are 5/8.

Did you see the motor mounts?
The motor will not move enough to pull anything loose.

I did see them. I can guarantee the motor will move more than you think. My motor is solid mounted and still tweaks to the drivers side nearly 1/2" under load.

We will have car on the dyno and at the track in a few weeks.
If this is an issue we will find it.

Thanks for the heads up!

i want to make a suggestion to NOT use those air filters. the metal cap inside of them melt and suck into the turbo over time. seen it time and time again.

I'm curious why you think that. The air filters are 3 feet away from the turbos and are not even in the engine compartment, how would they even get warm to the touch?

Maybe you saw the picture at a weird angle or something...

Man I'm dying for this kit, why did it have to be 10 G'sss

Got any pics of the tank in rear hatch area? Just a pic from a few feet back to show how it mounts in the trunk and how much space it takes etc.

Someone mentioned a meth kit, the F2 kit comes with a meth kit? NICE!

Can't wait to see the dyno results on this TA. Don't know much about the turbos chosen (or in general ) but I'm guessing they're on the "larger side" for a stock motor? Since you mentioned he picked them for the planned built motor.

It does not come with a meth kit, it comes with provisions for one.

I have to say that everyone keeps gribing about the price and there is no reason to complain. If you figure I am planning on a procharger route and so far all I have is ARH LT's with Y and Poly MM and already have $1200 into it. Then a Procharger system is going to run just off the top of my head $7500 +-. I'm at almost $9K. If I throw in an aftermarket K member I'm just about there and I'm sure there would be some extras in there somewhere that would put me over the 10K mark. If there is one thing I've learned, you gotta pay to play. Keep up the nice work guys. Looking forward to some numbers from the dyno on this stock motor. As well as durability over time.
Maybe I can be persuaded into removing my LT's and selling them to go this route.

Chris,

I completely agree. T-Bolts are not needed on the intake side of the turbos. I also see you are using standard "rubber" couplings on some of the intake side.

T-Bolt's shouldn't be needed with the way things are routed. Not only with the motor mounts, but with the KMember as well.

To think T-Bolts are going to make a substantial difference on that side of the system is just plain silly. Stick with your original choice, and don't listen to 90% of the people talking. The reason I say that, 90% of them havent designed, manufacurerd, or built anything like this in the past/present/future.

As for the price, I would really enjoy seeing someone going into ANY repuatable shop and asking what you're offering for less than 10,000. They would be laughed at...

Have a great weekend.
