What block? 4 bolt or 6? Even though it will be big boost I still wouldn't go much below 9.0:1 Don't think e85 will get ya anywhere near 40psi though. You'll prob need to look at e99 minimum or C16.

Most procharger builds are 9.5:1. With e85 wouldn't you wanna run higher, say 10.5:1?

It all depends on what your max boost target is. Since you are going to run an F2 with a 6 bolt block I'm assuming you are going to push 25-30psi+. In that case I'm not sure what E85 will support. Some of the hard core guys on Yellowbullet might be able to help more.

If I ran C16 what would a good CR be for that?

So I assume that you don't think you'll need more than E85 as someone mentioned above. We have similar builds, I just have a stroke.

To be clear I also run a 3 nozzle methanol system, one nozzle being pre compressor... We have tried so many different combinations to my setup since the first time we went F.I. with it back in 2005, this is the 10th iteration...

Same as current, 7200rpm, only changes are a trick new bracket designed for the F2 with more "beef", COG/Sprag drive instead of current 10rib direct drive, and F2 in place of F1R

E85 has been pushed to 30psi without an intercooler on many big block applications, and well over 30psi in the supra community, 30 seems dooable, 38psi, you might be the first LS guy in that territory on E85.

Mr Big do you have any problems pushing water/lifting heads? Is it a standard MLS gasket or a O-Ringed setup? I'm just wondering how far I can push her and what boost level she will take before she pushes water. To the OP on E-85 I would aim for a 10.1:1. It leaves you a decent amount of room for max boost but will also be nice down low. Not that its relevant but what car is it going in? That will make for a nice combo!
