xX-Z28-Xx this is what you want right here, an easy 50hp, http://www.jcwhitney.com/tornado-per.../p2005683.jcwx
I think I read in the FAQ section that if you have 2 black racing stripes you will pick up an extra 12-15 hp!! Lemme find it quick hold on..
*EDIT* FOUND IT!!
Q: What kind of results can I expect?
A: Typically our customers have reported 50+ hp gains and a noticeable gain in gas mileage, usually ranging 1-2 more miles per gallon.
Q: What if I have (2) black racing stripes?
A: Lucky day for you sir! If you are so lucky to have (2) black racing stripes you are guaranteed to pick up an extra 12-15 hp!
*DISCLAIMER* Results will vary. If your screen name is xX-Z28-Xx the Tornado Performance Booster will achieve optimum performance when combined with http://www.turbowhistler.net/

Ok guys just a little update. I have had a truck in the shop since last week for a full header and exhaust job.
I ran out of tubing Wednesday of last week and reordered more bends to finish the passenger side header.
The tubing should be in tomorrow. If the tubing shows up I can rap this job up by the end of the week and will be full steam ahead on the truck manifold crossovers and down pipes.
We have 3 people that have payed and 3 others that Rob says looks promising.
With all that being said the plan is to build a prototype kit and then a fixture.
After the fixture is done I will do a reverse engineer of the parts so they can be bent in one piece so your kit doesn't look like Frankenstein with all the joints welded.
Piecing bends together is the way most all custom builds are done.
It is not cost effective to do one off jobs like these headers this way.
But in the case of these hot side parts it will add a few weeks to the total time to deliver the first kit, but in the long run it is faster for Rob and I to put a kit on a customers door step and you get a better product.
The first customers will have a slight delay in delivery but after this initial setup the kits will be a stocking item and will only be a few days UPS/FedEx ride away.
Here's a little appetizer while you wait.
These first 2 pic's are of a point that you weld up to create a merge collector for less than $100.00 each. It takes a little work but it beats paying $250.00 + for the pre-made ones. The ring is a tool that you can buy to help you hold the 4 pieces until you get them tacked.
Here it is tacked up.
Me welding it in. Notice the green hose, that's the back purging required when welding Stainless Steel. Argon gas is flowing out of the hose shielding the back of the weld.
Money shot, LOL
Driver's side fit up pic. Notice the long radius bends, a pain to work with in tight
places but is the best choice for power.
Collector necks down to 3" and the back up to 3-1/2".
This builds higher velocity at the pinch point which in return creates low pressure in the collector enhancing the scavenging effect. A good collector can make or break an otherwise good header. N/A, Blower and NOS motors can benefit from a good collector.
IMO it's a waste of money on all but the most exotic turbo systems. Most turbo systems won't know one collector from the other.
3-1/2 exhaust pipe feeding the muffler.

The last set I built for this truck was so tight that we had to remove the grease fitting
from the front drive shaft. This is a new bullet that needed a different set of headers.
The owner of the truck notched the frame this go around so I could get bigger tubes in the frame.
In south MS we love or trucks.
This little truck has hurt a lot of feelings the past few years.

Its black, clearly a S-series, and 4wd/AWD, but what specifically? I wanna know as well, cause I have a Syclone, and have been wanting to put a LS1 in it for a while now, but headers are a big problem. Supposedly one of the major companies make them in every combination imaginable, but theres no info and there $1700 without so much as a general picture of a 4wd/AWD S-series LS header. I'd REALLY like a set of stainless 1 7/8th - 2" step or straight 2" headers with a 3.5 or 4" collector for my Syclone if ya'll can make them.
