I wanna know as well, cause I have a Syclone, and have been wanting to put a LS1 in it for a while now, but headers are a big problem. Supposedly one of the major companies make them in every combination imaginable, but theres no info and there $1700 without so much as a general picture of a 4wd/AWD S-series LS header. I'd REALLY like a set of stainless 1 7/8th - 2" step or straight 2" headers with a 3.5 or 4" collector for my Syclone if ya'll can make them.
1-7/8 can be done with no frame notching, I've done it.
Floor pan work is required on the passenger side.
No trying to be a dick but the truck is a S-series and it has a SBC in it and that's all I will say about it.
The truck never goes to the track. It's sole purpose is to make money.

In south MS we love or trucks.

This little truck has hurt a lot of feelings the past few years.
I have seen that truck on the street. Let me tell you, that truck leaves like nobody's business. I have seen cars trying to hit the nitrous early to keep up with this truck out the hole and they end up spinning.

Another update for you guys. The header parts that I needed to finish the truck with showed up today about 1:00 in the afternoon. I got in the shop about 8:30 this morning and started designing the manifold flanges in cad.
I design all my flanges for this type of work. This way I know they fit and I can control everything about them.

Anyway I'll get kicking on the truck in the morning and will probably have to work into the weekend so I can get a fresh start on the hot side kits for you guys on Monday.

Cad pic's of the truck flanges, enjoy.

Please tell me the advantage of turbo vs supercharged! I already know about the parasitic loss on the s/c but I am not too knowledgeable about builing boost. Thnks.

The thread title should be changed to "all turbo newbs come post in here but don't read anything first"

Squee is going to start yelling again. I can already see it.

That book is a must have.
It will be the best $20-$30 you ever spend.

It will answer questions you don't know you had.

Yea, till the 21st I think. Whats BS is I got 2, one for each post. One in general would be understandable, but two for the same damn thing? What really pisses me off though is I can't access my PM's. The first one expires the 11th, the second the 21st.
