i did a leak down test this weekend and i does not look to good
#2 is at 35 % w/ air coming out or dip stick tube and oil cap
#7 is at 33 % w/air coming out of dip stick tube and oil cap
so most likely bad rings, ring lands or cracked piston right could it be a bad head gasket?

Ringlands on the two pistons that failed the leakdown test is what I suspect. Like others said, a little is normal but if its enough pressure to blow out the dipstick under boost and has noticeable pressure when you take the oil cap off at idle its time for a leakdown test. If you are getting air blowing out the dipstick tube and oil fill spout running the leakdown test the pressure is going into the crankcase past the rings. Head gasket would either let the air excape out between the head and block, between two cylinders and out the intake or exhaust valve depending on which is open or into the cooling system depending on where its blown. Valves not sealing completely would allow air to excape back into the intake or out the exhaust depending on which valve doesn't seal. Sorry but its time to pull it apart and see what's damaged imo. Probably the ringlands on #2 and #7. Mine was doing the same thing, #7 ringlands were broke when I took it apart after getting the same results from the leakdown test. Air comming out the dipstick tube and oil fill when testing #7. I solved the problem with a new 402 shortblock. I hope you have the money to get her back right.
