Default Guys w/ 600-625 turbocharged HP, what's your setup?

Been looking and it seems like Lonnie's double pumper kit with 60lb injectors will be enough to support my 600ish rwhp goals. Sounds like the stock lines and rails will do the job. Am I correct? What are other people in this HP range with turbos using? I was also considering a single Walbro 340. If there's a cheaper and possibly more reliable way other than the DIY method of twin pumps I'm open to any suggestion. I do not plan on EVER going over 600-625rwhp on the turbo. Too much other stuff to do to the car!

The single Walbro may not safely get you to 600rwhp.

The dual setup will have no problem in this respect.
As for reliability, I have been buiding these for over 6 years with nearly 2000 in use.

My kits are fully assembled & tested for trouble free installation.

Feel free to call me for more information.

Doubling up...

So staying around 650 I shouldn't need a regulator correct? Just slap in the dual pumps/hobbs, put in the injectors, get it tuned and good to go?

What about the stock pump and an additional walbro? Would that be hard to implement? That is what I had planned for my V when I finally get around to turboing it.

That seems like it would elave you a lot of room to grow but I don't think i need that much. Seems like that would be good for 800ish horse.

I have the dual walboro 255 set up with one inline and one intank and the one that is inline is referenced by a 1:1 aeromotive regulator. i am running stock lines and rails with mototron 60lbers. it made 635 at 11psi with a T-56. I'm guessing it makes 500-550 now with the 80E. Those numbers were on a dynojet so expect lower mustang dyno numbers, but this should give you what you were looking for. I am looking into E85 and I am also looking into the MAST black label fuel rail kit for future upgrades and one of there fuel line kits.

I know the 255's may not take me to where I wanna go later on with E85 but even with my future motor uprade and upping the boost with 80lbers and rails I should be able to make at least 700 to the tire on pump gas 93 along with running 99% M1 methanol in my boost coolers resevoir.

Stock feed line , evap return. Twin walbro 255's , 60# lbs inj. , edelbrock victor efi rails. 630 rwhp on a mustang dyno. Stalled 4l80e,

But id say if i pushed it harder id need to change some stuff. Starts wanting more fuel towards the end of the pulls that we cant supply via tune.

Sounds like you need rails at the least and maybe even lines. I will be at that point in a year with my new motor build. I am hoping to get away with just using MAST black label rails and my 60lb. injectors to make a little more than what you are making. I'm shooting for 700rwhp, but it might take 80lb. injectors to do that.

E85, dual walbros, stock lines/rails, 83lb injectors. I was seeing IDCs around 80-82% with 58 PSI, raising rate regulator. Dyno'd 623rwhp.

Single walbro here with 15gph alky control meth kit, stock lines, rails and regulator. I made 580rwhp on 7lbs with 10:1 afr with a t56 through a 9". I've seen up to 12 lbs on the street with out it going lean yet, should be around 680-700 rwhp. I know it's not the safest setup so I plan to do a dual ______ pump or another in the future.

Holy **** you hit that on a single Walbro without leaning out? That's impressive.

Nitroused383 does altitude have anything to do with you not going lean yet and being a little rich on the stock regulator and single pump? If this is a stupid question feel free to let me know.

I made 714RWHP on a conservative dyno dynamics dyno with 1 255 and 91 oct/1 meth nozzle. This with a inline 255 pump mounted intank with a relay, and 12ga wire from the alternator.

How the hell are you guys making so much power on single Walbros? I've always heard they are tapped at 500 or so rwhp with turbos.

low pressure and big injectors will get you over 600 with a single walbro ie 28psi and 80lb injectors.

A good power supply, and line goes a long way. When I hot wired my pump I went .5 of a AFR richer. Also boosting the tank thru the evap prob isn't the safest idea but helps
