Has anyone compared this to HawksThirdGen Relocation kit? It's the only one I've ever seen before this(excluding DIY kits). And do I order by phone or can I online? Looks like an awesome kit!

I have one and it works good but Huron Speed also makes a great kit.

Wonder why they aren't a sponsor any more?

Who makes a kit for the crank and alternator only? NO other accessories driven or water pump.

Bump, I need about the same thing but just need the alternator and water pump to be driven.

our kit has a built in tensioner, you should be able to use it for that

Hey modular. So just with my stock ls1 I can do this relocation just to make things easier for next time and not need anything special or any specific reason?

Has anyone used one of these with a set of fabricated valve covers ?
Its hard to tell if the alternator will clear the valve caver.

We had a customer that called us and said that the stock F-Body ALT was hitting his sheet metal valve cover. We suggested that he try the smaller CS130.
It is a little shorted than the F-body ALT. We haven't heard back from him.
It depends on how the valve cover is made. If the sheet metal is welded to the outer part of the gasket rail it will not have the same clearance as one that is welded to the inner part of the gasket rail.

The ALT has to be spaced so that the pulleys line up, one brand of relocation kit
is not going to be better than another as far as this is concerned.

The older CS130 is shorter, it will give you the most clearance.
