Default Procharger P600B Kit - Stock LT1

Pulled the trigger on a used Procharger P600B Kit last week and it should arrive sometime this week. So far, i've bought a walbro 255 inline fuel pump and looking to buy 60lbs fuel injectors. The plan is to run about 8 psi of boost. I'm not sure what to expect in terms of HP but i think i'll be content with something around 420hp. I'm hoping the P600B being a small unit, it should be make things easier on the stock internals. BTW, my car just hit 56k. Since this is my first time getting into forced induction, i thought i'll ask in the forum what to expect and what to prepared for. Also will i need anything else in addition to the fuel pump and the injectors? Thanks in advance for your collective input.

Take at look at our Formula LT1 at the link here. http://shop.brutespeed.com/Brute-Spe...ed-Formula.htm
It has a P-1SC but you should see somewhat similar results. Bob

I think thats a nice little setup I would run the fu*k out of that setup I think it was a good choice. I dont know if you need 60's though thats a big injector for under 500hp.

The previous owner ran 60lbs injectors so I figured I'll stick with that. Am I better off with 42lbs or 50lbs injectors?

I ran 42's on a NA 408 stroker motor putting down 531hp for a few years with no issues. I would think 42's are more than enough unless you are planning on going crazy in the future.

Hey CJ, I got back from lunch today to find two huge boxes sitting on my desk. The Procharger and the intercooler arrived a day earlier than expected. Thanks for shipping them out that quick.

My guys started the install this afternooon. I stopped by after work and my whole front end had been disassembled . I was worried my Prosport gauges were going to delay the install but, they arrived this afternoon with the A-Pillar. As soon as they get done tomorrow, i'm getting it towed to the tuners. Fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly with boh the install and the tuning. I guess I'm very excited to see the end results after everything gets daled in.

If you leave the stock injectors in it until you get to the tuner, you can drive your car there. Just drive it at part throttle, do not go wide open throttle, not even once. You could drive across country like this and it won't hurt anything. It is also good way to make sure the blower belt is tracking correctly and that everything is working as it should be. Bob

Guys, i hit a little bit of a snag and I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction. The kit is missing 2 of the 4.95 tube spacers circled in the image below. Does anybody know where i could buy just the spacers without a whole bracket and spacer package?

The other question i have is, should the head unit be touching the spark plug wires at all? Right now, it’s touching the wires where they're connected to the opti. Any input with possible images of how it should sit relative to the engine block and opti wires, will be greatly appreciated.Thanks.
