Got a little bit done today> I mounted the intercooler up, hooked the computer up and found out that I need a different knock sensor hookup, mounted the injectors and fuel rails, hooked up the manifolds and the hot parts to the turbos. I have to mark and notch to get them to fit. I didn't get any pics of the computer and wiring harness stuff though.

Glad to see a guy doing the work himself and doing it in his own garage.

Hope to see it running soon!

The engine bay paint looks nice. How quick did the car go before with the single?

They are 76's and the AR is .96. It's not ideal, but it will do for now.

I went to the track once and on 7lbs I ran a 7.01@101mph with a crappy 60'. I think the 60' was a 1.78.

Brings back old memories, but I didn't put a turbo on mine! But I did do a lot of the same type of work (circa 2003). Looks like it will be lots of fun!

Today I got the torque arm bolted up, hooked up the driveshaft, hooked up the shifter linkage, bolted up the converter, and got ONE of the notches done. No pics though.

The one notch kicked my *** pretty good.

I think I was the first to go "old school" and paint the engine bay flat black. Thanks!

I'm looking into twin 78's with a .81 AR for a 370 build right now.

Your AR isn't ideal but when it hits it will feel great!

I'll let you know how these spool up and yours will be faster

Ideally I'd have the .68 A/R, but it's not required right now.

I got the notches cut, I have to weld in the pipe in place. I mocked up the drain lines and got all the other piping mocked up with the intercooler. It all has to come back apart so I can weld in the pipe though. It makes it look alot closer than I really am hahaha. I'm waiting on my knock sensor harness and aarons intake elbow then I can button up the top end.

I got a little bit of welding done. I need to put the bottom on the inside one and I'll be done with the drivers side. I should be able to do the passengers side tonight. After the welding is done, I'm going to tape off the areas and use undercoating to cover up the nastiness.

This is my first time welding steel

I finished the welding and it looks horrible. I'm done with it though. I'm going to tape off around it and spray it with undercoating. My new rack and pinion got here today as well as my outer tie rods and knock sensor harness. So, I see it being a productive weekend

I got the notches painted, installed the turbo's, downpipes, the rest of the exhaust, hooked up the sjm abs delete kit with linelock (needs to be wired up), and mounted my vacuum block

Very nice. Any chance you could get some better pics of the hotside and downpipes as they go through the K-member.
