Mine is around the second mark on the temp gauge which is about 185 degrees. Cruising in cool weather will be around 170 degrees.
What does your cooling system consist of? Stock fans? 160 degree thermostat? Stock waterpump? When does your fans kick on and do they spin the correct way?

220 is not too hot, that is stockish range. Are your fans coming on? Can you set them to come on earlier? Mine come on way earlier than stock.

Are you all reading the gauge in the instrument cluster or logging and seeing what the PCM is reading?(sensor in wp)

Mine is supercharged but will read 220 on the dash in stop and go (ewp, stock fans, 160 tstat). If the weather is 80 deg or less it's usually below 200.
