kp, what was your suggestion, machine off some the pulley?

Bos, you will need to hold that flexplate as described.

I got a new problem, I'm missing the key for the blower, so there is nothing to keep that pulley still on the S/C shaft.....

Another missing link, I got everything but that now...........

I'm pretty sure he is right but take the headunit and s/c cog with you to be on the safe side and to save on trips.
kp sent you an email, I am working on that log.....

Ohh yeah, at first I thought you had one of those Star Wars trooper masks on.. but then I noticed it was a racoon driving the car.. I mean, you are wearing a mask..

That was so confusing..

Thanks MoNkEyZQ8, I have a bit of work ahead of myself to get the power to match it's sound lol.

You can't see me, I'm in the back watching the boost gauge over the dyno dudes shoulder, Yeah he wears a pretty beefy mask when dynoing a car. Gotta watch out for your health in there I guess.

kp Log was sent to your email, let me know what you think. My injector pulse widths were 91-92% @ 6100rpm- that can't be good right?

Bos, keep us updated. Glad everything going smoothly so far.

Nope kyle, he has the the s/c cog on the s/c with the key inserted and the bolt that holds the cog on is tightened all the way down. The s/c cog will now not move or spin on the s/c shaft since it has the key inserted. translation to that confusing stuff, Everything is good.

I would just cut the front of of the pulley down instead of spacing the blower. That is of course if the center part where the bolt goes isnt a lot deeper then stock (but you could just cut that down also). The ultra-grip pulley I have on the car is 1/2 an inch longer where the bolt goes and it clears just fine..

The reason its a big deal to me is my blower inlet is right up against the ATI shroud already, spacing the forward 1/2" would jam it right against the shroud..

Jeremy I sent you a reply, just send me the raw .efi file from your log if you can

Good news and bad news w/the install............

Bad news....there are two stripped thread holes in the blower where the allen bolts go into to mount to the blower....(GOING TO HAVE THEM TAPPED TOMORROW)

Got the COG crank pulley on with the big blue ATI crank bolt w/2 washers stacked....TQed down as tight as we could, we only had a 140lb rating one, but it was going way past that......drove it home, no noise so I'm sure its steady, I'll have it TQed down later, maybe tomorrow........

Got the bracket up in the car, mounted with the ilder pulley, used 3 spacers per stand off, I'll be putting pics on the site in a few mins to show the clearance.......its close, but I don't think it should be a problem especially w/sikoras bracket (got pics of that too)

I'm not using the 5 supplied ASP spacers, because......
Sikora redid all my original stand offs to be longer, custom job, but the spacers I used on the stand off's cleared it just enough.......
-Going to mount the blower flush to the bracket surface.....
(((main problem was that the bolts that hold the blower to the bracket didn't reach into the thread hole (NOT EVEN ONE THREAD) through those ASP spacers.......

Other than that, going to take car of getting the blower tapped out tomorrow, and tomorrow night at my work we are going to finish up the install and I should have a running car.....

BOS go read the MEGA COG POST again I warned you about the ASP spacers and ATI's cap screws and what you needed to buy before hand to have a "somewhat smooth" install.
Page 2, and I even have a pic of the cap screws on one of the 8 million pages mmmmuuhhhhaaaa million.
J
You to Charlie, go read the MEGA COG POST- plenty pics of this install there
