I really think sub 8.50's at 165+ is doable in my car, I honestly lost motivation with it as I did mostly street racing and not a lot to race in that range around here. I'll get the cage certified and the car back together in spring, should race at 150lbs lighter than before with ease and another 175-200rwhp than my 8.9 pass. That motor is now in my ltd, need to strap it down, but should be making 850rwhp at it sits vs my 686rwhp it made in the rx7 with the turbo that wasn't as good. I should be hitting the track early next month in the ltd, I want to try to hit 150mph in the 4 door on the stock shortblock.

Wow, you guys keep setting the bar higher and higher! I will be attempting to go after this myself in the spring. With a 6.0 and 88mm turbo as well.
Congrats on the new record! Keep at it!

Jim's Lexus build is here:

I drove it part way back to Omaha, it is a great platform for the LS swap.

IAT's are maxing the sensor, at 215 degrees a second after the transbrake, is let go. But the sensor is before most of the injectors. Only two 95 lb injectors are in the pipe from the turbo to the TB.
timing is pretty much flat after 3 or 4 lbs boost.
It was on the Dyno one time, just after built, it has evolved a bunch from then, tho.
It only put down 600 on a Mustang dyno at that time, around 15 lbs boost.
