here is how the two lines come together
here is the turbowex pump
hard plastic lines that i use on must of the car. in my car every section of line (2 large sections) have a vac/boost gauge is i will aleays know if there is a leak. i use my Ebost for the side that has the FPR, and the gauge in the dash for the MAP, and blowoff valves
i run -4an line for my coolant crossover

Looks good! I must say I dont like the position of that fuel line, If you ever hit anything or come down off a lauch, that could be disasterous. Also, where did you buy your vacuum lines from? I saw some similar on RPS's website, they look really clean, I'd like to use the same kind on my car.

EDIT: just realized that y block is for turbo oil return...duh. Thats what I was referring to originally, not the fuel line

Wow been off the board and busy out here since moved out west but good to see your car once again close to running condition. We both had some bad luck in the past but hopefully behind you/me.
That is a shop to die for . My new house has a crappy small double garage. Hoping to build a killer garage shop at different location and a hoist would be high on my list so damn great to have.
I miss my 99TT its back in Saskatchewan in garage in old house which so far didn't sell and it can stay there likely over winter now it looks like. Just got too busy to bring it out to British Columbia this year.It seemed to be running pretty good when last drove it,decently crazy even at 10psi with the LG and 427. Shame ran out of time to dyno and track it before moved.
Having fun with the z06 here but it isn't that fast compared to the 99, but stock is kind of nice sometimes too. And now your truck ! Always something with these machines.T@ts and tires its gonna cost ya. LOL
Anyway as always best of luck with the car Tom old buddy and maybe you can come out and visit me next year.

Do all the Rossler 4l80e's use that deep pan? Or just the ones that have rossler's transbrake?
Have you put anymore thought into using jakes valve body and transbrake? It doesn't need that trans pan, unless you like the added fluid capacity, as I have actually been looking at deeper finned pans to get some more capacity and heat dissipation in mine along with hooking up a constant on/off switch for my trans cooler/fan.

you dont need a pan this big. i had no idea it was this big until i got it. my trans after 5 back to back runs at the track only hit 170. my trans cooler dose all the work every well. it ties into the rad fans so when they come on the trans fan comes on

Yea my fan on my cooler is on a thermostat in the cooler itself and it kicks on at 175 and off at 170. I am going to wire up a hot switch that will allow me to keep the fan on while the car is cut off past 170, as it is now it will run even with the car off, but it cuts off when it hits 170.
