Find out where Tom is going.
Find out who is going with him.
Call them and say he has mumps or chicken pocks and is highly contagious.
When they back out mysteriously offer to take him racing.....

Well, looks like Tom is off the hook because the Chassis shop called and they said they won't get the new Twin chute setup done in time... Probably be next week before I go back out.

Congrats sir! IIRC youre racing LSx Drag Radial and Outlaw Drag Radial? Do you mind me asking what the current average pace is right now for the classes youre aiming for and how close yall are to that pace?
Also, do you think we could possibly get some vids of the car running down the track next time you get a chance?

My "average" pace is hard to say since we have only been out 1 time so far this year, but we did average around 7.80 on the ET and were averaging around the 192-193 range on MPH.
We are still figuring the car out but rest assured it will be running in the LOW LOW 7's at over 200+ very soon.
as for videos... ask and ye shall receive!
I am still editing the rest of the videos... but you can also see it in some NMCA videos earlier in this thread.

You sir have some serious stone to be driving that car.... I remember when my buddy Andrew Murray told me his pops knew or meet the guy with the fastest street c6z. I was in disbelief until I Google your name. About a year some change ago. . Now you have the fastest corvette in da world! Congrats Mark and I can't wait until that thing hooks! That vid of you picking up your daughter after a few pass's is priceless...

Wow, one things for sure the trap speed is there so youre definitely making the power.
I probably already asked this but what trans and rear gear ratio are you running?
Also, in the second vid, the front facing one, whose Camaro is that in the other lane and whats their setup? No offense or anything but they were flying for them to come past like that!
Just a random question, but does there ever come a point where making a pass at that speed just feels normal and dont get you that excited(fastest car Ive ever ridden in was 9.20ish so yeah Im clueless LOL)? And can you tell a noticable difference in the seat of the pants power and how strong it pulls between the new setup and the old one?
