Default Anyone runing different ac condensors?

So my life would be alot easier if my ac condensor wasnt in front of the radiator. I really want to put a slightly smaller one behind my fmic with a big puller fan behind it.
Does anyone know of a place that can make custom ones?

Or if I go to a junk yard would most gm cars use the same line connections?

Interested in this as well. I've considered moving it under the car with some 10" fans, just don't know about the angle and it's affect on the r-134 in it's liquid state.

I also would like to know lol.

Or if someone can chime into how they got their stock condenser to fit in front if the radiator with it stood up.

I am running a stock one but my lower radiator support has been remade so I can fit a bigger radiator.but I don't see why it can't be made to fit with the stock lower support modified.

I've been to some junk yards and seen the little civic ones. The interior of these little jap cars are probably about the same size as an fbody. I wonder if a small condensor with a nice dedicated fan would work

It's vital that the condenser be sized correctly with the compressor or the system will not work efficiently or at all. The life of the compressor could also be shortened.

Thats what I did. I can't remember the name of it, but I bought a 12" x 24" condensor and plan on mounting that to the front of my radiator. I just have to get some custom lines made to hook it all up. My rad has low shrouded pullers btw.

I was interested in this as well, I have seen it done on a twin turbo car done by a local shop, even asked what condensor they used and the owner didn't know. I am still trying to find out.
