I know what I paid. But have no idea about the other guys 83mm. But I think he said it was about the same. Need to hurry up and finish this build so I can max this turbo out. and if that happens I'll be getting some thing nasty

This is the filter before the pump, what do you guys think of the placement?

We started trying to figure the best way to mount the turbo, run the down pipe and tie in the WG. But the more I look at it the more I think I should put the turbo in the same spot LS1curt did. I just don't think im ready for that level of fabbing.

Hey, how does that cutter work on the stainless braided line? It's essentially just a cable cutter right? I have always thought about getting some, but was hesitant on how it would leave the end of the line... frayed or not.

I just use my chop saw. Wrap some electrical tape around where I plan on making the cut, so it doesn't fray, then just burn through it. Works pretty good.

But, I've never known anyone to actually use the cutters like that. Even the local speed shop uses a chop saw to cut hose for their customers.
