Mount the turbo at 45* the other way and go under the engine. I see you all ready have to run the compressor at that angle, what about mount the exhaust flat

I would run it under the balancer. Less Charge pipe tube.

so go under the balancer and being the charge pipe up from under the driver side frame rail is what you are saying Josh?

My biggest thing is sneaking the DP out under the PS manifold

And im going to have to do a almost 180° turn into the turbo from the PS. Is this going to be ok?

At this point the turbo is not moving. And what do you mean about the compressor being at a angle? I don't under stand what you mean and if the t urbo was mounted flat I wouldn't have room for the downpipe

Here are some pics of the radiator. The hoses are easy to see how they run. The upper looks just like stock and the lower just runs in the middle of the down pipe then down.

I mean like clock the turbine housing so the pipe don't have to go out and back in. Either like let the inlet flange sit parralell to the frame rail or put it at an angle but facing the other way. Get it??????

Why not cut the passenger manifold and weld a straight pipe to it to gain room for the DP?

If he did that it would put the housing right next to or on the heater hoses also by time you get the cross over built he would have no room for the down pipe to run on the side he wants.

No I meant straight out of the front. You would have to cut a section off of the manifold and form the pipe to fit on the manifold and weld it.

EDIT: although with that K-member you really don't need that.

Oh you saying cut it straight and don't worry about it being round, bends the pipe to the oval shape manifold gotcha. There is room like it is now like you said

Im thinking of selling my pro star s. Time for some better wheels
