So is it...building a nitrous motor and really want to throw a single turbo on it...compression is about 11.1 may be able to drop down to 10.5 10.1... Is it possible if I run e85.

It's not too much if you know what you're doing. Cake walk with e85.

Like was said above, if you have the fuel to support it, do it. 11:1 will make for a very fun street car. Its going to spool very fast and shouldnt lack power anywhere.

I run 11:1 compression with a very high DCR cam (8.8:1). I put 5k miles on my 130,000 mile stock bottom end ls1 mostly on 8lbs of boost with 92 pump gas and 100% meth injection from a 15gph nozzle. I have made a few passes on 11-12lbs of boost and even one on 15-16 lbs of boost with a little avgas. Keep your timing conservative and your octane up.

Almost forgot to mention Intake air temps are critical. My IAT's are always 5-15 degrees below ambient air temp with the meth so this really helps. You start blowing hot air (150+ degrees) and parts won't last long.

If you have the fuel system and availability I think e85 is a no brainer.
