I figure it Dave can go 8.40's@160+ on a T4 91mm at high 3600 low 3700 pound raceweight you should be able to do the same on a T6 91mm at 3600 raceweight. You think?
Dave also has a sleeved 6 bolt block with 6 bolt heads

I would be happy with anything in the 8's.

damn good looking build. it sucks that the kcir shut down, rogers ville is the next close track for us here in Jeff city.
is this going to be a street car or more of a track car.
I will probably be taking a lot of this build and doing the same thing to the 98 roller I just bought. Im looking to do a garret gt91 370 l92 engine
you wraping the down pipe to try to keep heat transfer down on the cold pipe?

I don't think you'll have any trouble hitting that.

LS1curt- With the bravado the OP has pushed through with the quality of the fab work being done, and the quality of the parts too, I don't see some nice heads and an O-ring set-up out of his budget any time soon

I'm just hoping the first time you decide to push that Y2k 91 and the heads lift and dump water on your front tires it doesn't result in trashing that gorgeous car!

The turbine wheel on the y2k is only 89mm I believe. It will choke long before the compressor side. It will still be more than enough to get you in the 8's though.

I knew it was smaller than the other comparable 91mm turbo's out there, but didn't know it was that small.

Stangkillr I can tell you haven't been around turbo's long, and I don't mean that as a shot towards you or your knowledge or your builder's.

Just because it says it is rated for 1500 doesn't mean it will push 1500fwhp. The Garret GT5533's with 91mm compressors have 111mm turbine's and they are only rated at 1500. Your turbo if it is true it only has a 89mm turbine will not come close to that before it chokes.

I did some reading and it looks like your turbo either can have a 89mm turbine or a 101mm turbine. If it indeed has the 101 it will make 1400ish fwhp which should be good for 1150-1200rwhp if your converter is decently efficient. If it has the 89mm I think your going to be unhappy with the results past 18-20psi.
