I burned mine up once, didn't know an inverter welder didn't like being held wide open for long periods of time. It was warrantied thankfully, lesson learned.

UPDATE : 01/14/12
Intercooler, mount is done. He is also working on a brace that will support turbo from the bottom.

Looking good!

What are those small plates for on top if the cross over for? I've seen other cars with then and im not sure for the reason

Sick build.. Im going to have to keep checking in on this one.. I don't no if I missed it, but Im also intersted in how you mounted the radiator is mounted...

Thank you! He welded those on for the supports he is going to be attaching for the turbo.

Radiator should be back any day. Had some stuff added to it for mounting. It will look clean and simple.

I like the way you modified the exhaust manifolds. The guy building your kit has some nice fabrication skills. Where did you buy the reducer for the down pipe?

racepartsolutions.com is where I am getting a lot of the misc parts like the reducer.

UPDATE:
Got most of the cold side done. Also got the bottom turbo support done and radiator back from having the mounting tabs, and AN fittings welded for hoses.
