I got a regular NAPA brand belt and it held fine with Aster's bracket.

The best belt I've found and use now is the Gates HD belts. Take any of their part#'s and add HD after it with no spaces and that will be the part#. One problem is that they don't make HD versions of every belt though. They are Kevlar reinforced and don't have issues with stretching after an initial break-in time. Gates makes NAPA belts. If you need help determining a part number, give me your existing brand and part number and effective length if you know it and I'll try to help. Just send me a PM because I'm sure I'll forget to check back in here.

For the record, one other trick I use to get the belt length I need is to get one with more ribs and cut it down. Gates makes a 12-rib 52.5" belt but only a 53.5" in 10 ribs. I cut my belts down from the 12 ribs.

Gates fleet HD belt hands down. Just add HD to the end of your part number. They are green is the only draw back.

The slickest belts are the Goodyears-they stretch but there sticky. I've had alot of success with the regular Napa's or the Gates Micro V AT-which is the Napa.

I get my pullies made in a certain way where they stretch the belt and really dig in when tightened as well.
