Man that IC looks tiny. I would be worried about the Couplers blowing off also. BTW are you going to run a blanket? The Turbo looks CLOSE to the Cold Side!
Other than that nice phucking build!

Thanks. The IC is a CRX racing 32x12x4 unit. It has been used for the last 3 years in my previous Procharger and turbo builds and has seen 15 psi with no issues. I have more pipes welded together with this build than the last 2 and I haven't had any issues blowing off charge pipes. All of my coupler joints have a rolled lip. I will be picking up a turbo blanket as soon as I can. Just hasn't been in the budget yet.

Well I got more done over the last 2 night. I got all my coolant hoses and oil drain lines made up. I also finished hooking up 95% of the wire. I have everything wired that I need to start the car. I just need to finish wiring up some stuff for the headlights, wire up the wideband, gauges and Meth controller an it will be all done. I did pull the tune out of the car and made the changes needed for my bigger injectors, Bigger motor, and E85. I hope to hear it fire up for the first time tomorrow.

Well it lives. I heard it run tonight for the first time in 6 months. I have some tuning hurdles to get over with this being the first time I have tuned anything with a motor larger than stock and fuel other than 93. I did manage to get it warmed up change the oil. I am having an issue with it starting hot. I have alot of work to do on the tune yet and I ran out of time to work on that tonight. I also have alot of work left to just to get the car drivable. But here is a quick pic and video I took.

I didn't watch the video. Dan, pm me your email and you can have a copy of my tune. Copy over the startup tables and you should be good to go. I had the same issue and it fixed mine. She starts up every time. Also with your wideband, you can make the transfer function in the scanner and it will log it correctly, despite what's being displayed on the gauge.
