Default methonal injection, no intercooler

For my new build up ive decided to ditch the intercooler for a few reasons. To save weight, less ic piping, the new turbo has a bigger compressor and turbing aloso more air flow over the radiator for better ect on hot days stuck in traffic.
My idea is to keep using my alkycontrol dual nozzle kit its got a 10 and a 15 nozzle. i still can turn it up some more as well from my current setting. Ide like to use two 15 nozzles in the charge pipe, and was thinking about a 5 nozzle spraying in to the compressor inlet.
Now would the best spot for the dual nozzles be as close to the compressor out let as i can get? that would give the methonal more time to mix with the air.
What do you guys think?

Do you REALLY have to dich the IC? Have you looked at all the possabilities of running a diffrent IC setup? Maybe even a A2W setup?

The reason for asking if you are putting a lot of relience on the meth system and its pump.

A2w is more weight and plumbing. And piping depending where its put. It depends on the meth a lot now as it sat. W/o the meth on a 1/8h mile pass ait were in the 150s and with it I was close to ambiant

low boost will be on 93 pump and high boost on 116.
i could run e85 thoe, we have it all over here. all thoe the price isnt that much cheaper then 93. i could go the e85 route. not sure how much hp the magnafuel 4303 -10 an feed line and fic 103 lb (at 58psi) injectors will support on e85. i have my own hptuners so i could flash it for either fuel i decide to use

Id run E85 and an intercooler. I honestly dont see the point in ditching the intercooler when your gonna be making the power you are. If your set on losing weight id look other places.

My buddy has had alot of sucess using 3 nozzles and no intercooler using the devils own progressive map controller. On a 383 ls1. Using 100% meth. I'm planning on doing the same with my car.

i ran meth injection with out intercooler, had 165* intake temps on 10lbs.. put a intercooler inthere still using meth inject.. i had highest temp was 95* i seen on 17lbs a2a intercooler

Point I'm getting at is my ebay 4" intercooler was causing about a 7psi pressure drop. And I did some 1/8th mile passes with the a/a and meth and with just a/a and I was seing 150* after a 1/8th mile on 15psi. With the meth I was in the 80 range

EVen the CXracing cheap intercoolers have a good rep and from what ive seen only cause a 1-2psi drop. I have never heard of a 7psi drop through an intercooler.

The ebay/CRXracing intercoolers are hit of miss. Mine seems to work great but there have been a few others that had big pressure drops across them.

I did some street pulls the other night 2nd and 3rd gear on 8lbs after driving non stop for 30 min the highest IAT I saw was 113 with NO Meth and just my CRX racing intercooler and the Ambient temps were 90+

If you go carb and E85 or carb gas with meth inj it should run fine with no I/c. I wouldn't run fuel injection without the intercooler unless you have a custom intake with injectors at top of runners.

I was seeing over 25psi with no ic and meth iat 160 range
