sith a little triming the bumper is back on and everything is hooked up. drove it down the road and back to check for any scrapping. had one t-bolt cocked alittle at an sngle so that was scaping occasionally. but now i think i got it all straighten out.

found a little leak this mornign on the oil pump where the 3/8 npt to 10 an male couplers were. needed alittle sealant on the threads on the NPT side to keep the oil from seaping through. got that sorted out.

i sis dint something interesting and i might need to get a second opinion on it, but i had a nice helping of oil come out the under axle tube i think that was due to me parked on a back incline so al the oil was sitting in the turbo after shut down. that and checking for leaks. im making it a habit to turn the key once or twice to help suck out any extra oil thats it it before parking. its in sink with the oil fueul pump so when ever i turn the key the oil pump primes with the fuel pump. it quite a loud little thing outside the car. Inside the car us pretty nice again. i can hear myself. i noticed that its actually very docile inside the car again my wife said she'd actually ride with me again lol

well i tucked up so vaccum tubes from the wastegate and freshair line with some more zip strips, installed the AEM methanol kit (real easy actually), and clocked the turbo a bit to not have the outlet pointing down so much. im gonna try and get ti even more tucked up there when i get it on a drive on lift so the axle has load on it.

right now this thing doesnt even sound like a turbo car lol just sounds like a V8 trans am lol id image if i got on it on the road it wuold sound alittle more like it. but im not testing any waters yet until it gets tuned.

so for now all i have to do is install the 60lbs injectors, switch the 4lbs spring with the 10lbs spring(or both), hookup the true return line, trouble shoot the methanol system, and get an oil change and keep an eye on anything that out of the ordinary like oil leaks and blown couplers AND GET A TUNE lol

yeah the vogtland springs kinda have something to do with that. i gotta see if i can adjust some couplers to tuck it up in the back and the front. the rear is the worst though. not sure what i can do other then putting the stock rear springs back in it really dont want to do that. looks like i might have to make the over axle hoop for some clearance...

ug, still trying to trouble shoot the AEM injection system... still giving me issues.. cant seem to get a good 15amp trigger source.

on a good note, i removed the licsens plate area so now its wide open for some fresh air
witht he cover on...

... and without

looks pretty good. without fogs is kinda growing on me, although id still like the option of having them...

Thats really low. My z was loward 2" all the way around. I had to tuck my turbo real close inbetween the trunk and rear end. Then the under axle tube I clocked the turbo super close to the sway bar. it was really close. looks good post a sound clip .

yeah i gotta do somthing but i gotta get it on a drive on lift to see what i can do. i cant seem to push the axle up high enough with out putting the entire car up off the jacks lol if i clock the compessor a tad and the turbine housing a tad i might gain a little clearnace. ill have to see.

sound wise its sooooo much quiter now lol i actually wanted ti quiter since the flowmaster had a hole on the bottome of if and was resonating sound all through the cabin. id have a headache after a 30min drive. sounded pretty mean at the track though lol even if it only did 13.9s LOL thats why i call it angry bird lol

ill get an idle and slight rev video clip of it.

that damn AEM injection kit is really buggin me.

anyone have any recommendations on where to wire the trigger wire? i think its casueing the isse since its getting more then 15amps i think

A lift won't change anything. Simply disconnect the axle side nut on each shock and slide them out of the way then drop the axle enough to take the rear springs out. With the springs out you can jack the axle all the way up to the bump stops with only gravity as resistance. If I remember correctly you don't even need to remove the sway bar or track bar, but I'm not sure on that bit.

im not talking about a regular point lift, im talking about a full drive on lift where i have the weight of the car as it sits while driving. that way i can look it correctly to judge how to get everything to sit right. i dotn need to drop the axle lol i need to have the weigh of the vehicle to load up the suspention

This is gonna sound real redneck, but I need to something like that, I jack it up and put it on 4 cinder blocks. (Cost me less than $10) Gets me enough room to roll under it when I gotta get under it like that. Looks good... but low... Good luck.

I would be worried about hanging that drain line on something.

Damn nice work buddy. Really liking the drain block on ebay. Hope to hear some feedback on it. I may do the same.
