The aftercooler would be close. It probably would. But the drivers side would most certainly. The blower and tubing sits directly on top of the valve cover.

I used it on my mustang smc kit with vortech supercharger. I ran it on the dyno and it gave me 5 hp with it turned on and my intake tempture was like 275 degrees without it and with it ,it was 235 degrees so it helps alittle.

nitrous would probably work better. How much boost does the stock pulley on the vortech kit make?

For what its worth I had the g-trim with a 2.75 pulley on my 418 for awhile. It made 5lbs, max.. The t-trim with the 2.75 pulley is about 11 lbs. Huge power difference. I don't have any comparison dyno numbers though. The alky helps alot too, way more than 5 hp. I am still trying to zero in the alky. It needs some more tweaking at the track. On that size motor you should not even consider the g-trim. If your going to be supercharged either a bigger Vortech or the ATI. I know my E.T.s are not impressive but it was with Nitto's and the car will spin through the top of 2nd. I'll be working on that.

let me know when u do. What do u guys think would be better. Going with a 6.0 block 4.060 bore 4.125 stroke=427 or darton 98 block 4.125 bore and 4.00 stroke=427. I know some people dont like under square strokers. But for a car that will be a street and stripe car in other words a weekend worrier. Which would be better.

I had a 4.060 bore x 4.075 stroke iron block and it made torque like a BBC. I made peak torque at 4200 rpms.

Good point. I almost forgot.
SSC5R, go here:

If you spin the pulley on the crank, you're done racing.
