I found that the issue was with the procharger itself. At the top, there is a tight space where the lip on the hat was hitting the procharger. Here's a pic of where I'm talking about:
So on the hat, you have to trim the lip that's on the edge down in that area so that the hat will go all the way on. Once you do that, it'll seat fine. I also found putting some heat to the plastic helps as well. Not a lot, I'm talking hairdryer hot.
