i think 04 05. not sure

it has 13mm header bolts.

80mm will be here monday

Awesome! Cant wait to see the new setup. Only thing is the corvette accessories sit closer to the motor than the truck. So i dont think that braket will work unless u space it out.

So what your saying is one of the newer style 5.3 has 13mm header bolts? what year did they start with that, because i have a 04. Is that the only difference between the older and newer style 5.3s?

Their refering to the rods. The new Gen. Motors have some nice thick rods compared to the Gen.3. And also the headbolts are different. Their all one size.

Its still a gen3. Just has better rods and the good ls2 timing chain. They changed over in late 2004
