great, i have a list of things im gunna try, i dont remember it changing while rowing the shifter, ill try it again tonight,

im also gunna shim the starter down, wich im not sure is the issue, but im ready to try anything.

Ill have to try the billet 67mm. That's it I'm just going to pull the trigger. Turbos and T56 are hard to find, most of them are expensive builds with 408 or some ****. Thanks denmah.

BTW my LT1 makes a similar noise and it was due to my alternator, I just put some wd40 and the sweak went away.

I wanna see some times with the ebay turbo first before the 80 goes on. What brand of 80 did you buy?
As for the squeak, break the converter from the engine for starters and see if the noise leaves or changes. Chirps like that irk the **** out of me.

Ignore the few asshats over on the bullet. Bomb, like those blower engines that guy has in his race cars arent bombs. ******* bullshit. I have a few friends with engines like that and when they let go it can be nuts. And it happens to the fastest of the fastest. Too bad there are a few clowns over in that thread.

Denmah, why don't you see what it'll 60ft without the nitrous with the new 5.3. Then just spray the 5.3 like you did the 4.8 lol

got my turbo yesterday, looks like it might even fit in the same spot as the gt45
because the gt45 is a ******* tank lol

Look at the hole build and love it man!

Try to pull the oil cap off the valve cover when the motor is running. I had a friend that had a 6.0 make that noise and when he pulled the oil cap it had a ton of vacuum

i didnt find **** today so i just yanked the motor.

good oil pressure at idle warmed up

ill do a video showing everything and the flexplate looks ok, not sure whats up, deciding if i wanna tear into this 5.3

what turbo? the 80?

the 1.15 divided t4
i got it from modular turbo, his sales thread i think it was 1075 shipped whatever price it says in the thread.

thats the exact noise and it was his a bad lifter and a few others were in bad shape, viola ill be pulling the heads tomorrrow and going nuts.

I've seem quite a few lifter probs spawn from a bad oil pump o ring sucking air. I'd swap that out while you're in there. I got the lq4 that's in my truck for $250.00 for that reason...
