what do you think hahahah ![Driving](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_driving3.gif)
still the gt45
i have bought methanol kits from AIS, CoolingMist, and devils own.
and they are all the same thing, i think coolingmist was the cheapest
they should all be 250 bux for a base kit with a boost switch, wiring, piping and a nozzle.

Denmah,
I'm sorry if you've already answered this, but what year is the 4L80e? Do you think it's on borrowed time being that it only has a transGo kit in it? I'm considering a similar swap and not sure if it's worth getting a built one or going the JY route.
Also, this is the best thread ever! Thanks!

its a 1995 we pulled the pan at the yard and it was spotless, it feels as good today as it did the first day we put it into the truck 2 years ago.
it carried the nearly 5k truck into the 10s many times, and mid 11s many many more times haha.
i tell everyone the same thing when it comes to a street strip fun project car, get it running with whatever you got and swap or fix it later.
if you spend all your time waiting to spend the money on something, or just racing at the strip it can quickly loose its fun.
if this 80e breaks ill probably drop it off to get built, but i am sure someone will put nearly 80% stock parts in it anyway lol
im hoping i break the input shaft with the twin turbo 6.0 build i am eventually getting too, but im too busy driving this thing around to get to it haha.
