Throttle body slams shut
I forget the code number, 1518, something like that.
You have to increase the tolerance for this test in order to be able to stuff boost into the thing.
Go get the car, before you REALLY get screwed w/ the pistons in the oil pan...
Possibly, the DTC that NO GO is referring to, is 1514.
Here's the description:
The PCM calculates the amount of airflow it expects for a given RPM and throttle position, if these values are exceeded then DTC P1514 will set.
Another bit of info on the topic:

We are just a bunch of know-it-alls on a forum throwing stones at what we think the problem is. In reality, it could be much more complicated.
I can't count on my fingers and toes how many cars I've inherited in tuning where my initial thought was the first tuner was a retard, then after I get into it, I see why they were doing what they did.
Possibly, the guy has no clue what he is doing, or there may be something more complicated going on. If the person is a dedicated LSx tuner the 1514 code is possibly the first thing you modify in a vette FI application. If the car is throwing that code, then I agree, take it somewhere else. If not, there may be something more complicated going on.
I've never had it happen to me and I've tuned a ton of forced induction C5's.
I dabble with a 2003 Z06 regularly that runs anywhere between 16 and 18 psi and never had a problem like that.
So, what I'm trying to say is that the TB slamming shut sounds like a load of crap to me....but I'm not close to the car.
I would still guess some type of limp-home-mode is being activated.
