yes i had heard he was or is using the MSD as well. And i have a couple fellow racer friends who got me to go with it on my just completed build. 1 is running the MSD on a 7sec turbo LS mustang, the other just sold a very low 8 sec turbo LS mustang and now has a 900+rwhp twin turbo LS street car mustang with it that he drives very regularly and activates it on the street with good results. They both swear by it as being a great piece and a great bang for the buck setup if someone isn't running co2. Just surprised more aren't.

I gotcha. I was against a CO2 controller too but my friend who has an AMS100 on his car talked me into the boost leash, it doesn't use as much as you think it does. I drive mine to the gym & grocery store still, lol, without it on it makes what ever boost the spring in the gate will make.

Can't u run co2 with the msd unit I have the msd unit running off manifold pressure now but it's very hard to get right that's why I'm thinking of going the aem1000 it's a pain having to plug a laptop in every time u want to make a change
