Yes I got thrust bearings with them. I know it's going to kind of suck, but set it once (twice at most) and I shouldn't ever have to touch them again.

While that would be cool I think one more launch would kill it! haha

The coilovers (obviously), MWC 9", Strange rear brakes, LS1 front brakes... and that's pretty much it.

MWC said that the S-trac is back ordered until February, but hopefully I will start seeing some stuff delivered before then and they will just ship the 3rd member when it's assembled.

Then I'll be able to use the trans brake this summer without worrying about anything in the drive line (hopefully)!

A 9" is on my list of things to pick up as well. When did you order your MWC? I want to go with one of theirs but can't wait all summer to get it. Will probably end up with a Moser 9" from Bob.

I ordered it from them on November 29th. They were running a special and so was Brute Speed, but I knew I had the time to wait and wanted their parts instead of the Moser. Brute Speed was having 10% off all Moser items... that was a good sale. Would be nice if he would run that again when you're ready to order. Otherwise, get your order in NOW with MWC if you want it for the summer!

You're telling me! I'm ready to drive this thing again.

Good to know on the adjustments. I didn't imagine it could be too rough. Why adjust so often? Just going between 26" tires to 28"?

Ordered wheels a couple weeks ago. They're supposed to be here early in April. Finished paying for my MWC rear end as well. Hopefully that shows up here soon. Also got a great deal locally on some LS car spindles and calipers. If the weather here would start to get warm and stay that way I would be more likely to go ahead and start working on the front end at least!

Got a 3rd member today. Thought that was pretty awesome until I saw that the tag said it had 3.25 gears instead of 3.50's. Called MWC and talked to AJ. He's been great to deal with lately.

That's what I was telling the gullible people! Lol

I did consider keeping it and trying it, but I just don't think I'd be happy going through the traps at 5000 rpm.

5000 rpm with a 3.25 gear? I had a 3.25 at the track and was going through the traps at 6000+. I am running a 3.00 in my 9 inch this year.

I know I was exaggerating. I picked the 3.50 expecting to still trap about the same mph which puts me going through the traps at about 6000 with the converter locked. I might try leaving it unlocked just to see what happens.

To go through the traps at 145 with 3.25s and have the converter locked would put me at 5100 rpm. Obviously I don't need to lock the converter, but I kind of want to use that feature since I have the ability to.
