It's an oring setup. Not jdm.

29#s on stock 862 heads thT have been milled to boot. Doesn't push water.

Default 5.3 stock long block

made 740 rwhp at 30 psi head studs and ls6 cam
pushed it at track to 40 psi lifted heads
made it in the 5's with stock long block and
ls6 cam at 3150 ad 275's

Well I upgraded the fuel pump from a 625 magnafuel to a 750 magnafuel and put new Manley valve springs! Went to a dyno day yesterday and it put down 808 hp and 801 tq on 24lbs!

i ended up making 606whp on 16lbs, and ran a best of 9.995 at 139mph. best 60ft was a 1.55 (big tire car with 4 link, so it is a horrible 60ft). converter is way to tight and could only get to 2900 (about 300 hp) off the line. got a new crank pulley coming, but think that is going to be it for this year.

ls9 gaskets ?? are they any different from other multiple layer steel gasket ?
