Procharger Makes a great kit for the LS1's....it uses their P1SC head unit and you can get it with 2 choices of intercoolers....

Vortech makes a kit too, but you have to buy their lil water to air aftercooler seperatly. Either one will give ya between 425-460 from 5psi-8psi....

I would suggest the Procharger D1 with 8rib setup.6-8 psi..The air flow out of the D1 will give you safely 150-200hp at this low boost level.

Vortech does have an LS1 package that includes the aftercooler. But they also give the option of buying the kit without the aftercooler (not recommended if you plan on running more than 6PSI).
Both kits come with everything you need for installation on a stock motor: supercharger, injectors, programmer, fuel pump.
No extra hardware needs to be purchased separately.

The kit with the aftercooler adds about 130RWHP on a stock motor. You can squeeze out more if you swap pulleys (although this voids the warranty).

no blower is right for you then.

you don't want to max out your cards, and blow the motor

Buy blower cash, and then have teh CC's to get you out of trouble if crap hits the fan.

Youre better off doing heads & cam in that case. Focus on bolt-ons, and then do heads & cam.
Its cheaper that route, and you'll be just as fast, at least in the short run.
Plus you can always add a blower/turbo later, if you plan your boltons right.

What type of bolt-ons can i do? I'm doing cam and headers plus true-duals.

If you are going to supercharge:
LT Headers, y-pipe, catback, rear gears, throttle-body, Fast Toys Ram-Air, LS6-intake, short-throw shifter, upgrade your entire suspension, install a blower-friendly cam, and blower-friendly heads.
An aftermaket air-lid, mass air sensor, and underdrive pulleys will have to come out when the blower goes in, so you might as well leave those alone, or at least hold on to your stock parts.
