FI Motor for sale

Since I had such good luck selling the turbo I figured I'd try for the motor as well

I am looking for 12K US, and the motor will go out the door from ARE completly freshened. ARE will be installing new rings, bearings, honing and cleaning and the heads will have new valve guides, 5 angle valve job etc. Long block will be crated and complete. The current cam is 228/228 572/572 114 ARE will provide a new spec depending on application included in price.

Here are the specs

Short block

Aluminum Resleeved 4.060 bore LS6
Lunati 4340 4" stroke crank
415 CID displacement
Billet Rods
Ross dished pistons 9:1 compression
ARP Studded mains and head bolts
Cloys double roller timing chain
Ported LS6 oil pump

Heads
ARE Stage 3 heads
2.05 Intake 1.60 exhaust
Extreme duty hardened valves
hardened guides
Comp dual 145 Lb springs
All the bells and whistles

I don't think I forgot anything

. With a piston change this could also be used as a good NA setup.

Before anyone asks, I sold the turbo and will be selling the motor because I have a completely new combo in mind.

Damn, wish I had the cash . . . unfortunately my budget dictates a 4K setup

ARE will support the engine with a warranty as well for 6 months from the purchase date( or install date, which ever is later

)

This is a solid engine and has the best of everything in it, PM me if there are any specific questions on specs.

I think he should spring for the motor as wel

Considering it comes with a warranty it's a great deal and if someone wanted to use it for NO2 or NA all they would need to do is change pistons.

He's VERY excited about getting this kit. He's been wanting it FOREVER! Thanks for hooking him up with a great deal. He's a straight shooter and will do you right.
