Who needs a T-series 7675 or 7875? We like to keep them IN STOCK to prevent waiting for build times!

haha, I would love that, however it is simply time. We have to finish up a few systems, have 4 T6 kits to build, and then mock up a kit for our car that allows easy changing of the turbos to test with along with install the trans and a few other odds and ends. Shooting for within 2 months to be able to test!

On these turbos, do the turbines whistle as loud as other turbonetics turbos?

I doubt you will notice much of a difference in "whistle" as long as the rest of the set-up is the same. Exhaust set-up has a ton to do with how much whistle you hear!

YEARS go I had an older turbonetics T76 on my formula, that thing "whistled" loud as crap, swapped to gts 76 and tc 76, both were quiet compared to it, craziest thing how much louder it was.

That is strange as the T76 and the TC76 both use the same wheels! Could be different in the older units however!

What would the cast 7675 .96 run me? Do you feel it would be well matched to a cammed 5.3 driven 98% on the street for a single set up?

7675 or 7875 on the 5.3l would be an awesome combo! You would be very pleased with it, along with it having the ability to really make some steam when you want to turn it up!

A 7875 on 1.15 ar would pair up with a 5.3? I didnt know this a forged 5.3 is substantually cheaper than a 370 or 390

Would a single 38mm tial wastegate with a 8-9 psi spring be big enough for the 7675 or do you think I'll experience boost creep? Ideally I would want to maintain the 8-9 psi with the tial and the 7675.

How much difference in performance between cast and billet wheels?

A single 38 would probably do the trick as long as you have the gate placement properly located in the direct of flow from both banks. I would prefer to see a 44mm on there but a 38 properly set-up would do the job at 8-9 psi!

You will get a little more peak potential out of the Billet 76 over the Cast 78 as well as slightly quicker spool. I personally am a big fan of the billet wheels, just more efficient technology!

It would work just fine! The 7875 would be an awesome turbo on a 5.3l, tons of power potential and it will still spool very nice. Most 5.3l guys go for the .96 a/r however, but the 1.15 a/r should work just fine as well!
