Do the 80's for room to grow. Oil lines are typically -4 for feed from the blockoff above the oil filter or an adapter where the oil pressure sending unit is. The drain is typically -10 hose from an adapter block on the turbo to a fitting tapped or welded into the oil pan or front cover.

Btw, Id choose a bigger turbo..

Let me know if you have any questions or need any recommendations! The On3 76mm is a bit small for the 6.0l being as it only has a 65mm turbine. I would really look into the new Turbonetics 7875. Much larger turbine and overall much higher quality unit with a far greater hp potential! A little more money but it is WELL worth it as you won't run into backpressure issues, you will have room to grow, you get a high quality ball bearing turbo, and most importantly you get a 1-year hassle-free warranty on it!

Looking forward to getting you set-up, you will be VERY pleased!

No need for a 78mm compressor to make what he wants to make. The 76would do just fine.

Very similar setup to what I am running. I would def. go with the 80's as I wish I did for kill mode.

True, but for no price difference the 78mm will give a little room to grow. In any event I was more of less suggesting he would be much better off with something with the larger turbine wheel on the 6.0l 7675 or 7875

You are pushing it on 12-14 psi, but a good tune and having enough fuel is the key!

FWIW I made 606/570 to the tires through a 4L80e with converter unlocked at 14lbs on the on3. This was on E85 with a conservative tune. My LQ4 is on the stock bottom end as well.

Good luck with the build!

It's a lot of fun. I am glad I went the turbo route for sure. I am only pulling my motor to 6k since the power drops off a little after 5500, and I want to keep it alive. I am going with a Turbonetics 7875 this spring already though, ha. Shooting for 700+ rwhp.

Take note: You can only get such a big wheel in certain sized turbos. If space physically is of concern, you won't be able to fit a T6 in the car or maybe even a mid-frame. For a T4 that bolts up to most systems, you can get up to 75-78mm on the turbine now which is a nice improvement over the older 65-68mm to help flow more and prevent back pressure. Beyond this is you want more, you are going to have to jump to a physically larger turbo if you can fit it. The 75mm-78mm turbine stuff can be good for most people with a street car looking for 800rwhp with up to ~370ci. Beyond this I would recommend a Mid-Frame or jump to a T6
