what engine builders dyno motors before shipping?

Default what engine builders dyno motors before shipping?
When purchasing a long block Id like the rings to be seated and for it to be leak free for a no worry install all I have found so far is lme anyone else?

I'd imagine anyone you pay them to can do it.

It's really just a matter of money.

I had my engine done at LME to ensure the engine had no blow by and great oil pressure . It did cost a little of money but for piece of mind it was worth it.
