here are some I had on my photobucket... not sure on the backspacing but these were made by Fikse specifically for a 4th gen F body.

this is the best shot i could take for ya with my iPhone. Anything else from the back you couldn't really see anything..

Thats perfect!! Do you wish you would have gone with the 18 inch wheels instead of the 17's? I currently have 17's (torque thrust) but dont know if 18' would look nicer. Any input appreciated..

I like the 17's to be honest. I never thought 18's looked "right" on a 4th gen, thats just my opinion though. Plus, the tires are a lot cheaper.

It seems the Oklahoma boys run hoosier qtp almost exclusively, but nothing shorter than 31".

How well do they work from a roll compared to a similar sized hoosier or m/t radial?

After blowing through a brand new set of the M/T DRs in 255-60-15 in a month with no track passes (destroyed through rolling burnouts getting a new combo dialed in, i.e. no hook), I tried a set of old school BFG 275-60-15 DRs for the street, and bought a set of M/T 275 ET Pros for the track. I am actually impressed with the BFGs. They don't dead hook, but they spin a good deal less on the roll than the 255 M/Ts did. The 255 M/Ts used to dead hook on the street with the previous 5.3 combo, but they were worthless with the new 6.0 combo.

I'm planning on running the 325/45/17 M&H drag on the street or possibly the 325/40/18's if i get 18'' wheels. LS1RedZ, do you have any pics of the tires mounted on the car? And do you have the new or old style?

Do you guys think i should completely forget about running a serious drag radial on the Fikse's and just concentrate on a good tire for the RaceStars? Also, i heard some talk a while back that the Hoosier radials were actually designed with 6 speed cars in mind... any truth to that?

You will not be able to get enough sidewall on that big of a wheel. Stick with the race stars. I doubt the hoosier radial was made to work well with a 6 speed car. No radial is, its just in the design of the tire.
