I notice that the TFS 255's look a little weak on the exhaust side compared to what I have currently something like 20-30cfm on the exhaust side.. am I missing something?

What do you mean shipping them? Im going to sell these and TEA will be building the new trickflows for me... martin says they get them unported and TEA does all the work themselves so im assuming the flow #s will be higher than what they are if you would buy them assembled from jegs or summit

Flow numbers don't matter near as much as runner/valve area does in a forced induction application. That said, I don't have any numbers on the TEA LS3 heads, but every set of TFS heads and CNC ported stock castings I've ever bought for a customer that comes from TEA has their own individual flow report with them in the box.
That said, flow numbers are still very conducive with making power so do not disregard them all together and think that a set of bone stock 317's will get you there either. The port's shape and how it changes as the length of the port changes is what matters and how the throat is sized in terms of the valve diameter. Valve job is very important as well.
