lol not the answer i was looking for but diffently a solution. I try to make most of the MCO and CFFbody shows....Hopefuly see you there one day. We make the extact HP and tq. I switch my exhaust and now the lid so cant wait till norris does there dyno day..

No I sure dont. I did feel a slight difference with mine, but overall havent been to happy with it. The neck of the lid has a crack where it had a seem in the plastic. I have to find a local ABS plastic repair shop to fix it since I cant find any glue to hold it together. So this combined with it not fitting correct and denting my hood...not a happy camper.

Jeff-thanks for the offer. I found a local plastic repair shopthat said they could fix it. I just have to find time to take off work early to take it in for repair.

This is going to be one of those threads that never dies. I'm interested in ordering one of the Unaffliated Racing Vortech air lids. I have already spoken to MTI about ordering one. I have been told that Brian @ Unaffliated needs to have at least 5 orders, in order to produce them, so if anyone else is interested - PLEASE, post up. I believe this lid is a must for all LS1 Vortech owners.
