Nice progress. I saw a tank with a rule pump in it on the bullet for 300 bucks.

Quick couple of questions for you Dan. What manual rack do you have and what angle do you have on the rack arms when it's suspended like in the previous picture and with the wheels on the ground?

It is DEI's high temp silicon coating. I used it on my last hot side and it didn't flake off.

Yeah it is a local truck shop. They have lots of stuff for big rigs

I will have to look on the Bullet. The one I want it $400 new with the pump installed.

I just have a pinto rack from Summit. I bought a BMR k member already set up for a pinto rack. The tie rods share the same angle as the lower control arms

Kickass Dan... the setup looks great. Once this snow melts a little, and the temps get out of the 30s, we'll set up a time for me to cruise out and check it out in person.

Thanks Brien. I look forward to seeing your car in person as well. My place will look a little different then when I swapped the head on your wife's Saab 2 years ago.

Well I got a little more done. But I need to get my Intake elbow and Throttle body back from getting modified and some v bands for the down pipe before I can continue more with that.

I did get a fair amount of the downpipe done. And I also have the cold side pipe from the turbo to the intercooler mocked up as well

Killer work, Dan. Great fabrication. I always appreciate how clean things are done and maintaining the street car look. My favorite 'hawk by far. Hope all is well!

I have been a little slow on the updates as I have been a little slow getting things done the last few weeks. I did manage to get over to 1fastbirds house tonight so he could tack my cold side all up. I also got a little more of the down pipe finished up as well as making a fan shroud for my new fan and add mounts to the bumper support for my trans cooler.

Been a little slow moving lately. Cold side is done. I need to finish the down pipe, and plumb the coolant lines and the trans cooler lines. Then wire up the fan and water pump.

All I need to do it buy the ice water tank and pump and plumb that.

I polished the cold side pipes up before putting them in the car.

Well some quick updates. My Ice water tank showed up today. I got all the AN lines made for the rad and trans cooler. I plumbed the vacuum line for the waste gates and started finishing the down pipe

Check list of things to do before ready to fire
install injectors
mount wire and plumb ice water tank
wire up fan water pump
Finish down pipe

I know there are some other nickel and dime things that I am over looking but we will wait and see.

Looks good Dan. What model cooler are you using? Is that their tank too?

It is the type 12 core from Frozen boost. The ice water tank it from Rhodes Race cars

Sorry for the stupid question, but how are the connections inside those tanks? Do they weld a barbed fitting thru the wall, or is there a bung on both sides?
I'm actually planning on building one soon to fit in my spare tire area, and was just curious.

Pass through bung. Has a screw in hose barb fitting on the inside. Also the pump is set up on a small stand of sorts and attached to that

Well I got to work on the car a little more today. I got the downpipe finished up and a couple other small items done. I will get to work on the car for the next to night before I go away for a camping trip. I am hoping to be able to hear it run this week or next.
