. What weight is the car, and is it primarily street use ? What sort of rpm range ?
I'd be inclined to opt for more rpm ability, less torque and go for one of the smaller options.
Ive had 346, 382 stroker and 403 when I had my YSi, ended up dropping back to a 382 again, albeit with a 4" bore and 3.825" crank.
Just didnt see any point or real world benefit in the 4" stroke, especially when traction on the road is virtually non existent anyway.
I'd go for a smaller motor, and get a cam that will allow a good solid 7000rpm or so. You'll have a wide spread of power, and hopefully more tractable on the street without lots of torque
