F1C US 275 build Hey everyone, last year we made a post about a new Real Street car. Over that time plans have changed a bit, and we have finished the car. This Camaro built by GPR Automotive and Legend Racing will campaign in Ultra/Ultimate Street.
Combo is a 380" Dart headed LS engine. Iron 5.3 block filled to the top, 904 lifter bore bushings with Morel pressure fed lifters, Callies Dragonslayer crank with Ultra H beam's, a custom set of Diamond/LRE pistons built to our specs, billet main caps, melling oil pump, stefs pan.
Top half has 1/2" head studs, Trend Performance pushrods, Ferrea Valves, PAC springs, Dart custom ported heads, Edelbrock ported super vic with precision elbow and 102mm TB.
Holley Fuel injection system with smart coils. CDS gear drive, F1c Procharger, Aeromotive fuel system, Chiseled performance Intercooler, water tanks, and trans cooler.
Madman suspension components and shocks.
We are very excited to roll this bitch onto the dyno in the next week or two in preparation for the start of our season. Here is a sneak peak and what we built.

I ported them here at Legend Racing.
This build kind of transformed from one thing to another, so I think heads will be our weakest area. However I have made good power with these Dart castings before, so I think it will still make some good steam!

Yes, have always heard great things about the Dart castings when ported. Mine sure do flow and work nice.

Well she runs and does burnouts, it's going on the dyno in 2 hours finally. Just a lot of finishing work getting it ready to go..

Had a couple minor set backs, trying to set the chassis up we realized our weight bias was way off from what Madman wanted. We ordered Optic Armor back window, and a glasstek deck lid for it. Also needed to add some weight tabs up front.
Copper head gaskets seaped a little, so we took the time now to pull it apart and silicone the water jackets.
Back together, had it on the 2 step Saturday. Shooting flames..
Goes to dyno this week finally!
