I have a 38mm tial on mine and it won't control anything. It spikes right to 15psi b4 I can let off. The same wastegate and spring would do 7psi on my old set up. I'm gonna put another 38mm wastegate on the driver side of the crossover this weekend and see if it's any better

Try moving it after the merge. I'm pretty sure Stock48 had a problem controlling boost with his gate in a similar location. He was only able to get down I around 18 psi, I believe.

The wastegate housing makes a difference. On 2" tubing the JGS controls boost down to 3psi on a 6.0 in that same location. There are some comparisons out there showing the spec for size isnt the same across all manufacturers which is the reason I went JGS. The 500R does not neck down at the fire ring like many others do which is why it flows well. It would probably take less fab work and there is one less gate to plumb/fail.

working mint so far, top log is boost running up the entire rpm range 8-13
and lower log is totally flat 140kpa

going to swap lines and pin the bottom one shut, if its fine by itself ill be removing the lower gate in the crossover and leaving this one for full time duty

unsure as of right now

i want to datalog fuel pressure, if that is falling off add a 2nd pump or do something else.

if its just running out of injector ill probably get 160's

then i could make 800-1000 on e85 if i wanted too

i know people have said they have gone 800+tire on stock return truck rails

What hardware are you using to log fuel pressure? Can it be incorporated into HP Tuners?
